Here at HobbyMaster we want your shopping experience to be the best it can be. However, we realize that a small percentage of our customers may occasionally wish to return merchandise for a refund. The following explains our refund and return polices for the various merchandise and services that we offer:
Due to the volatile nature of the singles market, we do not accept returns on single cards. However, there are two exceptions to this policy:
1) If you're not satisfied with the condition of any single cards you have received, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Once you are given approval for the return, return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it, and we will exchange the item(s). Please be aware that this does not apply to individual cards listed as being in "MP" (Moderately Played) condition. In the event that we are unable to exchange the item(s), we will issue you a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s). We will also refund all shipping charges exclusively associated with the return of the item(s).
2) All orders are triple-checked for accuracy before being shipped, but it is still possible for mistakes to happen. If you have received item(s) that you did not order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Once you are given approval for the return, return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it, and we will exchange the item(s). In the event that we are unable to exchange the item(s), we will issue you a full refund for the purchase price of that item(s). We will also refund all shipping charges associated with the return of the item(s).
Sealed Products & Apparel Items:
If you would like to return any apparel items or factory-sealed merchandise that we have sent you, for any reason, simply contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Once you are given approval for the return, simply return the merchandise in the same condition it was sent in, and we will refund your purchase price*, less the shipping charges. Please be aware that an administrative transaction fee will be deducted on all refunds. If the return is being made due to a mistake on our end, we will also refund all shipping charges associated with the transaction. However, if a factory-sealed item was sent to you (for example, a sealed starter deck) and you opened the item, that item cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please note, we do not allow refunds/exchanges on clearance items.
*Upon receipt of return, the item(s) will be inspected, and if any signs of wear are visible, the acceptance of the return may be refused.

Event Refunds Instore and Online:
If for an unforeseen circumstance you are unable to attend an event, refunds for event registrations will only be issued until 7 days prior to the event date and will be issued as events centre in-store credit*. As all entry fees go towards prize support and other administartion costs, there are strictly no refunds on events that a player has failed to attend due to any circumstance. Registration for events are only for events held at the Hobby Master Event Center in Penrose.
We will make exceptions on a case by case notice, such as Covid exposure or self-isolation. Pleasecontact the HobbyMaster Events team.
*Participants in events that are cancelled will be offered cash refunds.
*Web store credit is also available by request, if you require your instore credit to be online store credit, please indicate this when you contact us.
